I saw a recipe similar to this one except it melted the butter and you drizzled it on the top. Also you could use fresh peaches. You cook the fresh peach version for 40 minutes. Then you could use a 1/2 tsp. of salt to flour mixture. If you want to use vanilla flavoring, add that to the beaten egg before you add it to the flour mixture.
