Sweet Mustard Pickles

I made a half quantity as a trial. I used green and red capsicums, sometimes called sweet peppers.(not chilli peppers) I used lebanese cucumbers withour peeling: 1 = 1 cupful.I could not buy celery seeds but used dried ground coriander. I used yellow mustard seeds. Excellent bright yellow pickle, not too sharply spiced.
