Ingredients

1/2 cup low-fat or skim milk 250 mL
1/2 cup fruit juice 250 mL
3 tbsp plain yogurt 45 mL
1/2 banana (preferably frozen) 1/2
  a handful of berries  

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend.

A good shake that makes for a quick breakfast.
