Ingredients
| 1/2 cup | butter | 125 mL |
| 3/4 cup | old cheddar cheese, grated | 175 mL |
| 1-1/4 cups | sifted flour | 560 mL |
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire or H.P. sauce | 5 mL |
Directions
Cream butter, add cheese, Worcestershire or H.P. sauce and flour. Mix thoroughly. Shape into rolls about 1-in/2.5-cm in diameter.
Wrap in foil and freeze. When ready to bake, slice crosswise 1/4-inch/5-mm thick.
Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet, at 400°F/200°C for about 10 minutes.
Serve hot with drinks.
