| 3 cups | vanilla ice milk, softened | 750 mL |
| 2 tbsp | peach brandy | 30 mL |
| 1/4 tsp | almond extract | 1 mL |
| 1 tbsp | butter or margarine | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp | sugar | 15 mL |
| 2 tbsp | peach brandy | 30 mL |
| 1-1/2 cups | frozen sliced peaches, thawed | 350 mL |
| 1/4 tsp | almond extract | 1 mL |
Combine ice milk, 2 tbsp brandy, and 1/4 tsp almond extract in a medium bowl, stirring until smooth. Cover and freeze.
Melt butter or margarine in a medium skillet; add sugar, and cook over medium heat until mixture is bubbly. Add 2 tbsp brandy and sliced peaches; cook 3 minutes or until peaches are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove mixture from heat; stir in 1/4 tsp almond extract. Cover and chill.
To serve, scoop 1/2 cup ice milk mixture into individual dessert dishes. Top each serving with 1/4 cup peach sauce.
