| 8 cups | pineapple juice | 2 L |
| 8 cups | mixed fruit juice | 2 L |
| 1 | can frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted) | 1 |
| 1 | can frozen lemon juice concentrate (undiluted) | 1 |
| 1/4 cup | fresh lime juice | 60 mL |
| 1/4 to 1/2 | bottle Grenadine syrup | 1/4 to 1/2 |
| 1/2 | bottle of dark rum (or more) | 1/2 |
| 2 tsp | Angostura bitters | 10 mL |
| 4 cups | club soda or ginger ale | 1 L |
| cherries and chunks of fresh pineapple to garnish |
Place slices of oranges in a small bowl of water and freeze overnight.
Combine all juices and concentrates, Grenadine syrup, rum and Angostura bitters. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate.
Before serving, add club soda. Add frozen orange slices. Skewer cherries and pineapples on toothpicks to decorate glasses.
