| Sausage and Apple Stuffing | ||
| 2 lb | pork sausage meat | 1 kg |

Sausage and Apple Stuffing
Put the sausage meat into a mixing bowl. Soften the onions in a skillet in the butter and add the apples. Stew until soft. Combine in the mixing bowl with the sausage meat and remaining ingredients. Stuff into the bird's cavity.
Turkey
Preheat oven to 325°F/160°C. Wipe the turkey cavity and skin with paper towels. Melt butter in microwave oven and mix with dry mustard.
Fill the turkey cavity with the stuffing. Close with skewers. Brush the turkey with melted butter and mustard, cover the breast with foil, and roast for about 4 hours, or until the juices run clear and yellow when the flesh is pricked with a fork. Remove the foil 1/2 hour before the turkey is cooked so that the breast will brown.
