| 2 cups | fresh cranberries | 500 mL |
| 1 | small orange, unpeeled | 1 |
| 1/3 cup | water | 75 mL |
| 1 cup | sugar | 250 mL |
Wash and sort cranberries
Cut orange into small pieces and remove seeds.
Put fruit through food grinder to form chunky relish. If you use blender, add 1/3 cup/75 mL water and blend until relish is chunky.
Add the sugar and mix thoroughly. Let stand for at least a day before serving.
Uncooked relish. Relish will keep 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
