Ingredients
| 2 cups | vanilla ice cream | 500 mL |
| 3/4 cup | sweetened pureed chestnuts | 175 mL |
| 1/4 cup | sherry (either sweet or dry) | 60 mL |
| whipped cream | ||
| shaved chocolate |
Directions
Let ice cream soften and swirl in chestnut puree and sherry.
Repack ice cream in container and place in freezer.
Serve semisoft with whipped cream and shaved chocolate on top.
