| 1/4 cup | vegetable oil | 60 mL |
| 1/2 cup | onion, chopped | 125 mL |
| 1/4 cup | celery, chopped | 60 mL |
| 3/4 cup | whole cranberry sauce | 175 mL |
| 1/2 cup | ketchup | 125 mL |
| 1 tbsp | vinegar | 15 mL |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice | 30 mL |
| 1 tbsp | brown sugar | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp | prepared mustard | 15 mL |
Slowly brown chicken in oil. Season with salt and peper.
Place chicken in 12-x 7-x 2-in (30-x 15- x 5-cm) baking dish.
Saute onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through, skim off fat. Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, in 325°F/160°C oven for 1-1/4 hours, or until done, basting 2 or 3 times during baking.
