Rum and Coconut Cooler

Ingredients

4 oz ice 125 mL
2-1/2 oz light Rum 75 mL
1 oz creme de coconut 30 mL
1/2 oz lemon juice 15 mL
  lemon slice and maraschino cherry, to garnish  

Directions

Blend ice, light Rum, Creme de Coconut and lemon juice in a mixing cup. Strain into Collins glass. Garnish with lemon slice and cherry.
