No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
| 2 cups | sugar | 500 mL |
| 3 heaping tbsp | cocoa | 45 mL |
| 1 tsp | vanilla | 5 mL |
| 1/4 lb | margarine or butter (1 stick) | 110 g |
| 1/2 cup | milk | 125 mL |
| 3/4 cup | peanut butter | 175 mL |
| 3 1/2 cups | oatmeal | 800 mL |
Directions
Mix and boil the sugar, cocoa, vanilla, margarine and milk for 60 seconds. Make sure it comes to a full boil for the 60 seconds.
Remove from heat and add the peanut butter. Stir well untill smooth.
Then add the oatmeal.
Place on wax paper by the spoonful.
