| 1/2 cup | hazelnuts | 125 mL |
| 12 oz | semisweet chocolate chips | 350 g |
| 1 oz | unsweetened chocolate | 28 g |
| 4 tbsp | milk | 60 mL |
| 1 cup | light cream | 250 mL |
| 4 | egg yolks | 4 |
| dash of salt |
Grind hazelnuts to powder in a blender. Add semisweet chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, and milk. Heat light cream until a skin forms on top. Pour into blender and blend until racket stops. Add egg yolks and salt. Blend again; then chill for an hour.
