| 1 lb | fresh whole-milk Mozzarella (Bocconcini) | 500 g |
| 4 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil | 60 mL |
| 3 tbsp | vegetable oil | 45 mL |
| 2 tbsp | minced sundried tomatoes | 30 mL |
| 1 tsp | red pepper flakes | 5 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | minced garlic | 2 mL |
| 2 tbsp | minced fresh parsley, to garnish | 30 mL |
Slice and arrange Mozzarella on a shallow dish.
Mix thoroughly olive oil, vegetable oil, sundried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and pour over Mozzarella slices. Let sit at room temperature 3 to 4 hours.
Garnish marinated Mozzarella with fresh parsley. Serve with fresh baguette slices and, for extra colour, sliced tomatoes.
