| 1 lb | shrimp | 450 g |
| 5 | green onions, minced | 5 |
| 1/2 lb | butter | 225 g |
| 3/4 cup | dry white wine | 175 mL |
| salt to taste |
Sautee green onions in butter till soft, then add wine. Cook on low to medium heat about 5 minutes then add shrimp cooking until shrimp turns pink.
Serve over a bed of rice...
If you love shrimp you'll love this dish. Very easy. And very good.
