| 1/2 cup | honey | 125 mL |
| 1/3 cup | orange juice | 80 mL |
| 2 tbsp | Dijon mustard | 30 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | garlic powder | 2 mL |
| 1 tsp | curry powder | 5 mL |
| 1/4 tsp | salt | 1 mL |
| 1/8 tsp | black pepper | 0,5 mL |
| 2 tbsp | sesame seeds | 30 mL |
| 1 | lime, cut in wedges, to garnish | 1 |
Spread onions on bottom of a large, lightly oiled baking dish.
Arrange chicken bone side up, over onions.
Combine water, honey, orange juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, curry powder, salt & black pepper. Spoon sauce over breasts.
Bake at 325°F/160°C for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken over, baste, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake 20 minutes longer.
Arrange on platter, add sauce and garnish with limes.
