| 1 tsp | salt | 5 mL |
| 1 cup | boiling water | 250 mL |
| 2 tbsp | vinegar | 30 mL |
| 1 tsp | green onion, finely chopped | 5 mL |
| 1 | stalk celery, finely chopped | 1 |
| 1 cup | sour cream | 250 mL |
| 1/2 cup | mayonnaise | 125 mL |
| 2 cups | cucumber, peeled and finely diced | 500 mL |
Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water. Add vinegar, onion and celery. Chill until partially set. Blend in sour cream and mayonnaise. Fold in cucumber. Chill in mold.
