| 2 lb | fresh haddock or cod fillets | 1 kg |
| 1/2 cup | flour | 125 mL |
| 3 | eggs | 3 |
| 1/2 cup | milk or cream | 125 mL |
| 1 tbsp | butter, melted | 15 mL |
| salt and pepper, to taste | ||
| lemon slices |
Roll fresh fillets in flour, and place in baking pan.
To 3 beaten eggs add milk or cream, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture over fish.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes in hot oven (400°F/200°C).
Serve with lemon slices.
