| 3 cups | diced cooked ham | 700 mL |
| 1 cup | diced cooked potatoes | 250 mL |
| 1/2 cup | chopped onion | 125 mL |
| 1 cup | diced pickle | 250 mL |
| 1 tbsp | capers | 15 mL |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice | 5 mL |
| 2 tbsp | caviar | 30 mL |
| 1/2 cup | mayonnaise | 125 mL |
Mix the ham, potatoes, onion, pickle, and capers.
Add the lemon juice and caviar to the mayonnaise. Fold into the meat and vegetable mixture.
