Ingredients
| 1/3 cup | unsalted butter | 75 mL |
| 1/3 cup | minced onion | 75 mL |
| 2 tsp | curry powder | 10 mL |
| 2 cups | cooked shrimp, finely chopped | 500 mL |
| 1/4 cup | minced green onions | 50 mL |
| 1/4 cup | sour cream | 50 mL |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice | 25 mL |
| salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions
In large skillet, heat 1/3 cup/75 mL butter and cook onion with curry powder over low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in shrimp, green onions, sour cream, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to crock.
Chef's Note
Mouth-watering pâté to serve with crakers. Will keep for about five days when refrigerated.
