Ingredients

1 lemon 1
1 lime 1
3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate 175 mL
1-1/2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate 350 mL
6 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled 1.5 L
1 bottle (750 mL) white wine, chilled 1
1 bottle (750 mL) soda water, chilled 1

Directions

Leave the concentrates in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.

Thinly slice lemon and lime and place slices around bottom of a ring mould. Pour in just enough water to cover the slices and freeze until solid. Add enough cold water to fill mould and freeze again. Leave in the freezer overnight.

Just before serving time, combine lemonade and orange juice concentrates, cranberry cocktail and white wine in punch bowl.

At serving time, add soda water to punch bowl. Unmould ice ring by dipping it quickly into hot water.

Chef's Note

A very colorful punch, the perfect drink to toast the New Year.
