Ingredients

3/4 cup olive oil 175 mL
3 tbsp vinegar 50 mL
1 tsp granulated sugar 5 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1/4 tsp dried oregano 1 mL
1/8 tsp dried thyme 0.5 mL
1/4 tsp paprika 1 mL
1/4 tsp dry mustard 1 mL
1 tbsp grated onion 15 mL
2 cloves garlic, minced 2

Directions

In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients.

The perfect dressing for mixed greens salad.
