Ingredients
| 1 cup | sugar | 250 mL |
| 1/2 cup | water | 125 mL |
| 1/2 cup | orange juice | 125 mL |
| 1/4 cup | lemon juice | 60 mL |
| 2 cups | raspberries | 500 mL |
| 1 tbsp | Grand Marnier | 15 mL |
Directions
Bring sugar and water to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture becomes syrupy.
Add the juice and raspberries. Sieve the liquid and add liqueur.
Pour into 2 dessert bowls and freeze for at least 3 hours.

Use this recipe for any small whole fruit. A light and easy-to-prepare dessert.
