Ingredients
| 1/4 lb | butter, cut into 6 or 8 pieces | 115 g |
| 1 cup | sugar | 250 mL |
| 2 | eggs | 2 |
| 4 | very ripe bananas, peeled, each one cut into 3 pieces | 4 |
| 2 cups | all-purpose flour | 500 mL |
| 1 tsp | baking powder | 5 mL |
| 1 tsp | baking soda | 5 mL |
| 1/4 tsp | salt | 1 mL |
Directions
Place butter, sugar, and eggs in food processor. Process until all ingredients are blended. Add bananas and process again until bananas are blended into mixture.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and add gradually to food processor. Turn the machine on and off while processing and push mixture down from sides of the bowl. Process until flour disappears into other ingredients.
Spoon mixture into a greased 9 X 5 X 3-inch/22 X 12 X 8-cm loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F/180°C oven for 1 hour.
