Ingredients
| 3 lb | chicken wings | 1.5 kg |
| 2/3 cup | soy sauce | 160 mL |
| 1/2 cup | liquid honey | 125 mL |
| 2 tbsp | 5 powder spices | 30 mL |
| 2 tbsp | vegetable oil | 30 mL |
| 2 | cloves garlic, crushed | 2 |
Directions
Disjoint wings and discard tips. Place in a shallow baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over wings; cover and refrigerate one hour, turning occasionally.
Heat oven to 375°F/190°C. Place wings on rack in broiler pan and reserve marinade.
Bake for 30 minutes. Turn wings and bake 30 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade.
