Ingredients
| 4 | 6-in/15-cm pitas | 4 |
| 1/2 cup | pizza sauce (or 2 tbsp/30 mL olive oil) | 125 mL |
| 1 | can (6 1/2-oz/185-g) flakes of ham, drained and flaked | 1 |
| 1 | can pineapple tidbits, drained | 1 |
| 1/2 cup | chopped green bell pepper | 125 mL |
| 2 cups | shredded light mozzarella cheese | 500 mL |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C.
Divide pizza sauce OR olive oil evenly between pitas. Top with ham, pineapple, green pepper and cheese.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese melts.
