Ingredients

4 6-in/15-cm pitas 4
1/2 cup pizza sauce (or 2 tbsp/30 mL olive oil) 125 mL
1 can (6 1/2-oz/185-g) flakes of ham, drained and flaked 1
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained 1
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 125 mL
2 cups shredded light mozzarella cheese 500 mL

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C.

Divide pizza sauce OR olive oil evenly between pitas. Top with ham, pineapple, green pepper and cheese.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese melts.
