Spinach Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

1 10-oz/285-g package frozen chopped spinach 1
2 cups sour cream 500 mL
2 cups mayonnaise 500 mL
1 package Knorr Vegetable soup mix 1

Directions

Thaw spinach in mocrowave oven. Dry very well between paper towels (should feel dry).

Combine ingredients in bowl. Store in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours for best flavour.

To serve, hollow out a pumpernickel bread, place dip in centre and serve with raw vegetables, crackers, or chips.
