Ingredients
| 1 | 10-oz/285-g package frozen chopped spinach | 1 |
| 2 cups | sour cream | 500 mL |
| 2 cups | mayonnaise | 500 mL |
| 1 | package Knorr Vegetable soup mix | 1 |
Directions
Thaw spinach in mocrowave oven. Dry very well between paper towels (should feel dry).
Combine ingredients in bowl. Store in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours for best flavour.
To serve, hollow out a pumpernickel bread, place dip in centre and serve with raw vegetables, crackers, or chips.
