Ingredients
| 6 | country style pork ribs | 6 |
| 1 | can pineapple juice (48-oz/1.4-L) | 1 |
| 1 | large bottle Bulls Eye BBQ sauce or your own | 1 |
Directions
Trim excess fat from ribs. Place ribs in a large stock pot with pineapple juice and boil them for 1 hour.
Drain off juice and place on a cookie sheet and baste with sauce on one side.
Place in broiler and cook for 2-1/2 minutes, then do the other side the same way.
Take out of oven and baste a third time and let set for 5 minutes.
They are now ready to serve. Enjoy.
Chef's Note
The tenderest ribs you will ever eat. I usually serve with potato salad.
