Ingredients
| 4 oz | ice | 125 mL |
| 2-1/2 oz | light Rum | 75 mL |
| 1 oz | creme de coconut | 30 mL |
| 1/2 oz | lemon juice | 15 mL |
| lemon slice and maraschino cherry, to garnish |
Directions
Blend ice, light Rum, Creme de Coconut and lemon juice in a mixing cup. Strain into Collins glass. Garnish with lemon slice and cherry.
