Ingredients

1	English cucumber, peeled and seeded	1
2 cups	sour cream	500 mL
5	cloves garlic, minced	5
3/4 tsp	salt	3 mL
1/2 tsp	white pepper	2 mL
1 tbsp	vinegar or lemon juice	15 mL
2 tbsp	vegetable oil	30 mL

Grate cucumber and mix with all other ingredients, refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best flavor.

Easy dressing for gyros and pitas. Try it with all your favorite raw vegetables.
