Ingredients

3 oz gin or rum 100 mL
3 oz coconut milk 100 mL
1 jigger lemon juice 45 mL
1 tsp Grand Marnier 5 mL
2 tsp sugar 10 mL
2 cups ice (approximately) 500 mL

Directions

Blend in an electric blender to a sherbet consistency. Serve in Tom Collins glasses.
