Ingredients

1 cup low fat milk (2%) 250 mL
1-1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 7 mL
1 egg white 1
1 small banana, peeled and cut up 1

Directions

In a blender, combine milk, cocoa powder, egg white and banana. Cover and blend until foamy.

Serve immediately.
