Ingredients
| 1 cup | shredded carrot | 250 mL |
| 1 cup | shredded cabbage | 250 mL |
| 1 cup | chopped spring onion | 250 mL |
| 1 | red chillie diced | 1 |
| 1 | green chillie diced | 1 |
| 1/2 cup | gram flour | 125 mL |
| 1/4 cup | rice flour | 60 mL |
| 1 tsp | salt | 5 mL |
| 2 tbsp | oil | 30 mL |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Heat a flat frying pan with some oil and pour all the batter and fry like an omelette. Wait till crispy and take and serve.
Chef's Note
Full of protein and vitamins. It is best eaten hot.
