Ingredients

2 lb fresh haddock or cod fillets 1 kg
1/2 cup flour 125 mL
3 eggs 3
1/2 cup milk or cream 125 mL
1 tbsp butter, melted 15 mL
  salt and pepper, to taste  
  lemon slices  

Directions

Roll fresh fillets in flour, and place in baking pan.

To 3 beaten eggs add milk or cream, butter, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour mixture over fish.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes in hot oven (400°F/200°C).

Serve with lemon slices.
