Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese (1 pkg) 225 g
1 tsp capers 5 mL
1 tsp caper juice 5 mL
1 tsp finely chopped green onion 5 mL
1 tsp mayonnaise 5 mL
8 oz smoked salmon, cut into 1-in/2 -cm strips 225 g

Directions

Cream first 5 ingredients. Spoon small amount onto salmon strip and roll. Fasten with cocktail toothpicks. Refrigerate until serving.
