Ingredients
| 1 tsp | prepared horseradish (or more) | 5 mL |
| 4 tbsp | tomato catsup or chili sauce | 60 mL |
| 1 tsp | salt | 5 mL |
| 2 tbsp | vinegar | 30 mL |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice | 30 mL |
| 1/4 tsp | tabasco sauce | 1 mL |
| 1 tsp | grated onion | 5 mL |
| 1 tsp | sugar (or more) | 5 mL |
Directions
Mix all ingredients to make a sauce.
Place lettuce leaf in chilled cocktail glass, add seafood of your choice (lobster, shrimp, raw oysters, fried clams or fried scallops) and cover with sauce.
