Ingredients
| 1/2 gallon | orange juice | 2 L |
| 750 mL | 100 proof vodka | 750 mL |
| 750 mL | 151 proof rum | 750 mL |
| 750 mL | strawberry schnaps | 750 mL |
| 750 mL | peachtree schnaps | 750 mL |
| 1 can | pineapple juice | 1 can |
| 1 can | grapefruit juice | 1 can |
| 1 pack | (1-lb/450-g) frozen fruit | |
| 2 | 2-L bottle 7 up | 2 |
Directions
Allow frozen fruit to thaw until separated and place in a jello mold.
Fill it up with orange juice and freeze to make a big doughnut shaped ice cube.
Keep all ingredients cold.
Ten minutes before the party, in a large punch bowl mix liquor, schnaps and juice.
Float the big ice cube.
Immediately before serving, pour in the center, 1 or 2 bottles 7 up.
Chef's Note
Party Punch!
As the party progresses you can add more rum and 7up.
The strawberry schnaps gives it a nice red color.
