Ingredients
| 6 | oranges, washed | 6 |
| 3 | lemons, washed | 3 |
| white sugar | ||
| 1 cup | lemon juice | 250 mL |
Directions
Slice the oranges and the lemons very fine discarding seeds. Cover with water and let stand overnight. Next morning boil the fruit and water mixture 45 minutes. Let stand overnight again.
In the morning measure and then bring to a boil. Add 1.5 times as much sugar as fruit. Boil 45 minutes. Just before the marmalade is removed from the heat add the lemon juice.
Seal in glasses.

A non bitter marmalade.
