Orange Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 pork chops (3/4-in/2-cm thick) 4
  salt and pepper  
1/2 cup orange juice 125 mL
2 tbsp brown sugar 30 g
2 tbsp orange marmalade 40 g
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 15 mL

Directions

Trim off fat from chops. Heat fat in a skillet. When you have about 1 tbsp/15 mL melted fat, remove trimmings.

Brown chops on both sides in hot fat, season with salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Simmer 50 minutes, or till chops are done.

Remove chops to warm platter. Bring sauce to boiling and spoon over chops.
