Ingredients
| 4 | pork chops (3/4-in/2-cm thick) | 4 |
| salt and pepper | ||
| 1/2 cup | orange juice | 125 mL |
| 2 tbsp | brown sugar | 30 g |
| 2 tbsp | orange marmalade | 40 g |
| 1 tbsp | apple cider vinegar | 15 mL |
Directions
Trim off fat from chops. Heat fat in a skillet. When you have about 1 tbsp/15 mL melted fat, remove trimmings.
Brown chops on both sides in hot fat, season with salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Simmer 50 minutes, or till chops are done.
Remove chops to warm platter. Bring sauce to boiling and spoon over chops.
