Ingredients
| 1/2 cup | oat bran | 50 g |
| 1/2 cup | whole wheat flour | 50 g |
| 1/2 cup | all purpose unbleached flour | 50 g |
| 1/4 tsp | allspice | 1 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | ground cinnamon | 2 mL |
| 1 tsp | baking soda | 5 mL |
| 1 tsp | butter seasoning | 5 mL |
| 1 cup | brown sugar | 200 g |
| 1/2 tsp | salt | 2 mL |
| 3 cups | rolled oats | 450 g |
| 1 1/4 cups | raisins | 175 g |
| 1/4 cup | canola oil | 60 mL |
| 2 tbsp | nonfat yogurt | 30 g |
| 1/2 cup | nonfat milk | 125 mL |
| 3 | egg whites | 3 |
| 2 tsp | vanilla extract | 10 mL |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
Combine dry ingredients except rolled oats and raisins. Mix in wet ingredients. Add oats and raisins.
Drop by tablespoonful onto nonstick cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F/190°C for 15 minutes, or until golden.
Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool.
